The cannulas in use for harvesting the tissue are the same as developed for the SEFFI and MicroSEFFI techniques, where side port holes are particularly small so that the cellular clusters harvested are also very small and do not need any additional mechanical manipulation to fluidify the tissue and reduce their size prior to injection.
